Reviews
The accountants and professional staff at Nexgroup perform reviews to assist entities with bonding, licensing, borrowing, grant applications and other business functions. A review provides limited assurance that there are no material modifications that should be made to financial statements in order for the statements to be in conformity with generally accepted accounting principles.
Compilations
Nexgroup may be called upon to compile financial statements from information provided by the client. The objective of a compilation is to present, in the form of financial statements, information that is the representation of management. A compilation does not provide a basis for expressing any level of assurance on the financial statements being compiled.
Agreed-Upon Procedures
This is a service tailored to meet the needs of your organization and offer only certain reports as requested. An agreed-upon procedures engagement assists clients in evaluating certain aspects of their operations based on specific needs. The nature, timing, and extent of the agreed-upon procedures requested may vary based on these specific needs.
